Hey, I’m Bryan.
I’m not a celebrity. I’m not a guru. I’m just a guy who’s taken more than a few hits and still shows up anyway.I’ve spent over 20 years in service—first in law enforcement, now through this mission. Somewhere along the line, I realized that helping others wasn’t just something I did… it was who I am.
Built for those in high-stress professions—but made for anyone fighting silent battles.
That’s where Breach Your Mind came from. What started as a podcast became something bigger—a way to reach beyond my community, to speak to the ones who feel like they’re carrying it alone.
If you’re here, maybe you get it.
This isn’t about pity. It’s about purpose.
We talk about the hard stuff—trauma, leadership, mental health, real life—without the sugarcoating.Because you’re not broken.
You’re battle-tested.
And you don’t have to walk this road alone.
Where That Road Has Taken Me
Bryan Shearouse is a 19-year law enforcement veteran, a military veteran, certified peer support counselor, and host of the Breach Your Mind podcast. With nearly two decades of shift leadership and peer mentorship, he’s built trust by standing in the mess alongside others—not above it.
After surviving personal trauma, burnout, and military separation, Bryan began writing and speaking to reach those who quietly carry too much. He’s the author of five books and attending the 2025 peer support conference in Kansas City—bringing real, tactical conversation to a world full of noise.
His talks cut past the surface and speak to first responders, veterans, and leaders who look strong on the outside but are quietly burning out inside. He’s not about hype or heroism—just raw, field-tested truth.
